This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in Shinkai Album (the “Game”), which is developed and operated by Impulse Tech (the “Developer”) and distributed by us.

The Game does not send personal information, device information, or usage data to us or any external server, and we do not collect such data through the Game.

When you contact us, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, the content of your inquiry, your device model, and your operating system version.

Your save data and other data generated through use of the Game are stored on your device, not on our servers or any external server.
Depending on your device’s backup settings, this data may also be stored in a device backup. We do not manage or restore such backups.

The Game does not use advertising services such as Unity Ads or AdMob or analytics services such as Unity Analytics, and it does not offer in-app purchases.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties except with your consent, when required by law, when necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, or when we are legally required to cooperate with a public authority.
If we engage a service provider to process personal information as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, we select the provider appropriately and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision.

We retain information provided through inquiries only for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry and complete any related follow-up. We then delete it using an appropriate method.

You can delete data stored by the Game from your device by uninstalling the Game. You are responsible for managing any copies stored in device backups.
