Information Security Policy
Epsilon Labs, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting information assets entrusted to us by our customers, as well as our own important information assets, from threats such as accidents, disasters, and cybercrimes. We follow the policies below to earn and maintain the trust of our customers and society.
1. Management Responsibility
We strengthen our information security management system and promote continuous improvement throughout the organization under the leadership of management. Management takes responsibility for key decisions related to information security and actively works to maintain and enhance our security posture.
2. Establishment of an Internal Framework
We appoint personnel responsible for information security and clearly define security-related roles within the organization. We also establish internal rules for information security measures and ensure that all employees understand and follow them.
3. Employee Responsibilities
We require all employees to understand the importance of information security and acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for their work. Through regular training and education, we raise security awareness and encourage proactive participation in our security efforts.
4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
We comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations related to information security. This minimizes legal risk and helps us maintain the trust of our customers.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of any information security violation or incident, we will respond quickly and appropriately. We thoroughly analyze the root causes of any such event and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
