Terms of Use

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all matters between each User and us relating to the use of the App.

We may establish additional rules concerning the use of the App. Such rules form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)

User registration through Firebase Authentication is required to use the App.

We may reject a registration request if it contains false information, if the applicant has previously violated these Terms, or if we otherwise determine that the registration would be inappropriate.

Article 3 (Account Management)

Users are responsible for properly managing their account information.

Users may not transfer, lend, or share their account information with any third party.

Article 4 (Analytics and Data Storage)

The App uses Firebase Analytics to analyze how the App is used.

The App also uses Google Cloud Firestore to store battery information. Stored data is retained until the User deletes their account.

Article 5 (Termination of Use and Data Deletion)

Uninstalling the App does not delete your account or data stored in Cloud Firestore.

To delete stored data, you must delete your account within the App.

Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through the App Store or Google Play settings.

Article 6 (Subscriptions)

The App offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Prices vary by country, region, and currency and are displayed in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm a purchase.

Payment is charged through the App Store or Google Play payment system when you purchase or renew a subscription.

A subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

We do not issue refunds or accept cancellations after purchase. Any refund that may be available is governed by the terms of the applicable app store.

Article 7 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using the App.

• Activities that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Activities related to criminal conduct
• Activities that interfere with the operation of the App
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access
• Activities that cause inconvenience or harm to other Users
• Commercial use of the App without our permission
• Infringement of intellectual property rights belonging to us or any third party
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise analyzing the App
• Any other activity that we determine to be inappropriate

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in the App and its text, images, software, and other content belong to us or the respective rights holders.

Users may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or otherwise use such content without permission from us or the applicable rights holder.

Article 9 (Suspension or Interruption of the Service)

We may suspend or interrupt the provision of the App if system maintenance is required, if operation becomes difficult due to a disaster or accident, or if we otherwise determine that suspension or interruption is necessary.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

We do not warrant that the App will be safe, accurate, complete, useful, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the suspension, malfunction, or changes to the specifications of external services used through the App.

Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)

We handle personal information obtained through your use of the App in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (Changes to These Terms)

We may change these Terms as necessary in accordance with applicable laws. Before a change takes effect, we will provide notice of the changes and their effective date through the App, our website, or another appropriate method.

The revised Terms become effective on the announced effective date.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any dispute relating to the App will be submitted exclusively to the court having jurisdiction over the location of our principal office.
