Terms of Use

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all matters between each User and us relating to the use of the Game.

We may establish additional rules concerning the use of the Game. Such rules form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Handling of User Data)

Data generated through use of the Game is stored on the User’s device, not on our servers or any external server.

Article 3 (Ending Use and Deleting Data)

Users may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

Depending on the backup settings on the User’s device, user data may also be stored in a device backup. We do not manage or restore such backups.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Game.

• Activities that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Activities related to criminal conduct
• Activities that interfere with the operation of the Game
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access
• Activities that cause inconvenience or harm to other Users or third parties
• Infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights belonging to us or any third party
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise analyzing the Game
• Commercial use of the Game without our permission
• Any other activity that we determine to be inappropriate

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyrights, trademarks, rights relating to images and likenesses, and all other rights in the Game and its text, images, software, and other content belong to us, the Developer, or the respective rights holders.

Users may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or otherwise use such content without permission from us or the applicable rights holder.

Article 6 (Suspension or Interruption of the Service)

We may suspend or interrupt the provision of the Game if system maintenance is required, if operation becomes difficult due to a disaster or accident, or if we otherwise determine that suspension or interruption is necessary.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

We do not warrant that the Game will be safe, accurate, complete, useful, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the termination, suspension, modification, or unavailability of the Game, loss of user data, device failure or damage, or disputes between a User and a third party in connection with the Game.

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

We handle personal information obtained in connection with the Game appropriately in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)

We may change these Terms as necessary in accordance with applicable laws. Before a change takes effect, we will provide notice of the changes and their effective date through the Game, our website, or another appropriate method.

The revised Terms become effective on the announced effective date.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any dispute relating to the Game will be submitted exclusively to the court having jurisdiction over the location of our principal office.
