What is MyCarLogs?
MyCarLogs helps you manage fuel economy, fill-ups, maintenance, and other records for your vehicles in one app. You can also register multiple vehicles.
Is MyCarLogs free?
Yes. All features are available free of charge.
Which operating systems are supported?
MyCarLogs supports Android 7.0 or later and iOS or iPadOS 16.0 or later.
Which languages are supported?
MyCarLogs is available in English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Thai.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required for normal use. You need to sign in to a Google Account only when backing up data to Google Drive.

What information can I manage?
You can manage fill-ups, fuel economy, maintenance, repair history, and other records related to your vehicles.
Can I register multiple vehicles?
Yes. You can manage multiple vehicles in one app.
Can I edit or delete a record?
Yes. You can edit or delete saved records at any time.
Data and backups
Local storage, Google Drive backups, and restoring your data
Where is my data stored?
Your data is normally stored only on the device you use. It is not automatically saved or synchronized with Google Drive.
Does MyCarLogs back up data to Google Drive automatically?
No. Backups are manual. Open “Backup” in the app’s Settings and tap the button to create a backup.
Can I move my data to another device or a different operating system?
Yes. You can back up your data to Google Drive and restore it on another device, including when moving between Android and iOS or iPadOS.
Restoring a backup overwrites the data currently stored on the destination device.
Can I view or delete previous backups?
Yes. Open “Backup” in Settings to view your backup history. Select “Delete” to remove a backup you no longer need.
What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?
Data stored on the device is deleted when you uninstall the app. Backups created in Google Drive are not deleted automatically. Delete any backup you no longer need from the backup history.
