What is BatterySync?
BatterySync lets you check battery levels across multiple iOS and Android devices in one place. You can also review battery history and use battery notifications.
Which operating systems and versions are supported?
BatterySync supports Android 8.0 or later and iOS or iPadOS 15.0 or later.
Which languages are supported?
BatterySync supports English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Thai.
How do I get started?
Install BatterySync on each device you want to use, then sign in to the same account on every device. You do not need to register devices manually.
How can I sign in?
You can use Sign in with Google, Sign in with Apple, or an email address and password. To share battery information, use the same account on every device.
Can I use BatterySync on devices other than phones?
No. BatterySync currently supports smartphones only. Support for laptops and Bluetooth devices is planned for the future.
Free & Premium
Plan differences and subscriptions
What can I do with the free plan?
You can share battery levels for up to three devices and view the last seven days of battery history. The free plan has no time limit.
What does Premium add?
Premium removes the device limit and lets you view up to 90 days of battery history. It also includes CSV export and Smart Alerts.
What are the Premium billing periods and prices?
You can choose a monthly or annual subscription. Prices vary by country, region, and currency, so please check the amount shown on the App Store or Google Play before confirming your purchase.
Where can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from the App Store or Google Play subscription management screen. Selecting the Subscription Management button in the app opens the appropriate App Store or Google Play screen.
Does uninstalling the app cancel my subscription?
No. Uninstalling BatterySync does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it through the App Store or Google Play subscription management screen.
Why am I not receiving Smart Alerts?
Smart Alerts are available only with Premium. Check that alerts are enabled in BatterySync and that your device has granted notification permission to the app.
Notifications may also be delayed or not delivered if the app has been force-quit or background activity is restricted by the operating system.

Stored data and what happens when you uninstall the app
Where is my battery information stored?
Battery information shared between your devices is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. For details about the information we collect and how it is used, please see our Privacy Policy.
Does uninstalling the app delete my account and data?
No. Uninstalling BatterySync does not delete your account or stored data. To delete them, use the account deletion option in the app.
Does disconnecting Google or Apple also delete my BatterySync account?
No. Disconnecting BatterySync from your Google or Apple account settings does not delete your BatterySync account or data.
To permanently delete your account, sign in to BatterySync and select Settings → Account Management → Delete Account.
If you disconnected Google or Apple first, selecting Delete Account in the app will prompt you to sign in. Follow the instructions and reauthenticate using the same sign-in method to delete your account.
Can I remove a device from the list?
You can remove any device other than the one you are currently using. If BatterySync is opened again on a removed device and its information is updated, the device will reappear in the list.
